HR Generalist

In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we haven’t stopped growing since! A great opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist to join our global HR Operations and C&B team. In this role, you will work closely with HRBPs and cross- functional stakeholders, supporting global business functions across a wide range of employee lifecycle, workforce operations and organizational processes in a fast-paced global environment. As an HR Generalist at Similarweb, you will: • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across global teams in a fast-paced environment • Partner on workforce-related processes, including headcount management, organizational changes, internal mobility, and compensation-related topics • Serve as a main point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters • Partner cross-functionally with HRBP, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to support smooth and compliant HR operations • Maintain accurate employee, organizational, and position data across HR systems • Prepare and maintain employee-related documents, policies, and HR guidelines while ensuring alignment with local practices and benefits • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency through systems, technology, and AI-driven tools What will you bring to the team? • Adaptable, independent, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build global partnerships • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong operational thinking • Proficiency in ExcelGoogle Sheets and experience with HR systems (SAP is an advantage) • Ability to leverage AI-driven tools and new technologies for workflow efficiency • Knowledge of global HR processes, employment practices, and compliance Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber: You’ll actually love the product you work with: Our customers aren’t our only raving fans.
