FS Engineer Developer
A profitable public fintech company operating in the payments and credit sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FS Engineer Developer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, maintaining, and pushing forward both new and existing code. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture and development practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. The candidate will be involved in designing and implementing APIs and microservices to support high-scale applications, working with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, and leading the team to improve overall quality through their extensive experience and knowledge in software architecture and development.
:Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and maintenance of both new and existing code, primarily using PHP.
* Develop APIs and microservices to support high-scale applications.
* Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases to design, develop, and maintain data structures and optimize database performance.
* Lead and mentor the development team, leveraging your experience to improve code quality and development practices.
* Collaborate with the R&D team to design and implement new features and improvements.
* Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase through rigorous code reviews and testing.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on PHP.
* Experience with React and Node.js.
* Expertise in developing APIs and microservices.
* Experience working with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
* Strong understanding of high-scale application support.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with other programming languages and technologies is a plus.
* Knowledge of cloud services and deployment.
