Commissions Analyst

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes, and brings excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.   As a Commission Analyst, you will: In your day-to-day as Commission Analyst at Similarweb you will: • Support and manage the commissioning process, start to finish, to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments. • Capturing best practices and lessons learned following each commission cycle to feed continuous improvements in process, tools, communication, and training. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions forecasting and financial closes, Proactively troubleshoot and identify issues and correct as needed. • Providing and developing key relationships with Similarweb’s Sales GTM organization, HR and Finance teams. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inputs and assumptions included in the commission's calculations are accurate and reasonable. • Executing ad hoc analysis and projects as needed to inform and influence management decision making. The ideal candidate should have: • 2-4 years in commission analysis or related fields. • BScBA in a quantitative field such as AccountingEconomicsEngineering. • Exemplary oral and written communication skills, in English and Hebrew. • Excellent knowledge in Excel with the ability to work fast on big databases • Ability to manage a high volume of transactional activity calmly and effectively • Experience with Salesforce - An advantage • Experience with commission software (such as CaptivateIQ) - An advantage *All Similarweb offices work in a hybrid model, so you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home with the benefits of building face to face connections with fellow Similarwebbers.* Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber: You’ll actually love the product you work with: Our customers aren’t our only raving fans.
