Job Description
We are building a fast moving AI first project with a strong focus on speed quality and reliability.
This is a hands on role working with modern AI tools infrastructure and production systems.
We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to design build and deploy core AI systems end to end.
You will take real ownership over features work closely with the team and grow quickly in a high impact environment.
What You Will Do
Design develop and deploy AI and LLM based components in production
Build and improve AI agent workflows automation and tool calling pipelines
Collaborate on architecture decisions across backend data and infrastructure
Break goals into clear GitHub tasks and lead one to two developers
Review pull requests and maintain high engineering standards
Ensure testing monitoring stability and cost efficiency
Own features from idea to production across the full roadmap
Requirements
Hands on knowledge and preferably industry experience with
Python
LLMs and AI agents
MCP
PydanticAI
LangGraph
PostgreSQL
Redis
Vector databases
Google Cloud
GitHub and GitHub Actions
JavaScript or TypeScript
Ability to design build and deploy production grade systems
Ability to lead one to two developers and review code
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable working remotely in a fast paced environment
Strong ability to work with AI coding tools especially Claude Code and Cursor
High integrity curiosity ambition and motivation to learn fast
Nice to Have
Personal or side projects using LLMs and AI agents
Strong spoken and written English
Academic degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field (preferred not required)
