תיאור המשרה

At Similarweb, we are a leading AI-powered digital intelligence company. By providing AI with massive scale data on actual online behaviors - including searches, site visits, and transactions - we deliver actionable market insights. Today, over half of the Fortune 500 trust our platform to drive their strategic next steps. In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange and continued reaching new heights! Work alongside Similarwebbers who are bright, curious, practical, and good people. We are looking for a curious and hands-on Product Designer to join our design team as a maternity leave replacement. You'll take your product areas from A to Z, working closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex problems into intuitive designs that serve both user needs and business goals. You will join a centralized design team reporting to a practicing product designer, ensuring collaborative feedback and support. This is not the same job it was two years ago. AI is changing what we build - our product is moving toward AI agents and AI-driven insights on top of the most comprehensive digital dataset in the world. It's changing how we build it - research, prototyping, design systems, and handoff to engineering all work differently now. And it's changing the tools we use, including the ones we're building for ourselves. The field is reshaping as we go and we adjust with it. We're looking for someone who finds that exciting rather than exhausting. So, what will you be doing all day? Your role as a Product Designer at Similarweb means your daily responsibilities may include: • Owning meaningful areas of our product - from research and ideation through user flows, prototyping, testing, microcopy, and all the way to launch. • Turning dense, complex data into experiences people can actually read, trust, and act on. • Designing AI-powered experiences: agentic flows, prompt- and conversation-driven interfaces, and AI-generated insights. That means designing for the hard parts too - non-deterministic outputs, trust and explainability, keeping a human in the loop, and what the experience looks like when the model gets it wrong. • Using AI throughout your own process to get from idea to something real, fast - prototyping working flows instead of static screens, exploring more directions before committing, and putting real interactions in front of stakeholders and users early. • Building, not only specifying. Some of what you design you'll take considerably further yourself, using AI tools to produce working features that engineering reviews before release. Knowing where that line sits - what's ready to ship and what needs a second pair of eyes - is part of the craft now. • Maintaining and evolving our design system - components, variables, tokens, patter...
