We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Demand Generation team1. Why is this role so important at Similarweb? As a User Acquisition Manager at Similarweb, you will play a critical role in driving new customer growth through the strategic management and optimization of paid media channels. You will partner closely with Growth Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to execute full-funnel acquisition strategies that align directly with Similarweb’s business objectives. In this role, you will be accountable for managing campaign budgets and optimizing cost-efficiency metrics like CAC and ROAS, ensuring that every marketing dollar contributes to scalable, high-quality user growth. So, what will you be doing all day? • Plan and Execute Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other emerging platforms to achieve monthly acquisition targets • Budget & Performance Management: Manage budget allocation and pacing to meet acquisition targets while continuously monitoring key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC) to implement optimizations • Creative Strategy: Partner with Creative and Web teams to develop and test creative assets and landing pages, maximizing conversion rates through data-driven experimentation • Testing & Optimization: Conduct AB testing on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency • Data & Attribution: Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy across all UA channels (using tools like GA4, Appsflyer, and Similarweb data) • Strategic Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management to inform campaign optimization and cross-functional growth initiatives This is the perfect job for someone who: • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment • Possesses hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube, along with a working knowledge of campaign setup and optimization • Is proficient in GA4, ExcelSheets, and reporting dashboards, with a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and performance marketing KPIs • Has excellent a...
