Integration Engineer

We help our customers succeed in today’s digital world by giving them access to data-driven insights, competitive benchmarks, strategic analysis, and more.   In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we haven’t stopped growing since!    Role Summary: We are looking for an Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations and automation workflows primarily using Workato. You will work as part of a cross-functional team of integration engineers and developers, collaborating closely with Operations and business teams to automate processes and ensure reliable system connectivity. What You’ll Do: • Design, build, and support integrations and automated workflows using the Workato platform • Automate business processes by connecting systems and third-party apps • Integrate and deploy AI-powered solutions to enhance business processes. • Design, implement, and own complex integration solutions • Troubleshoot and support existing integrations • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders Requirements • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato, ideally on large-scale, mission-critical, or complex business workflows • Strong understanding of API principles (REST, SOAP) and integration technologies • Experience in working with databases and query languages (SQL, SOQL) • Experience in writing custom logic using Workato scripting language, including formulas and code steps • Proven experience building integration with Salesforce and Zuora • Experience implementing integration solutions in large organizations Soft Skills: • Attention to detail and strong execution discipline • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, technical integration designs • Can balance independent work with team-based collaboration • Ability to quickly learn new technologies Advantage: • Proven experience in Building CPQ flows • Experience in Workato Agentic • Development experience with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript)  • Hands-on experience building custom connectors using the Workato SDK • Workato certifications (Automation Pro I II) – an advantage • Familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-based architectures • Experience in API design, including scalable and secure API patterns • Experience building AI-powered solutions as part of business processes Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber: You’ll actually love the product you work with: Our cust...
