Paid Social User Acquisition Manager  The Role We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Paid Social User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team. Reporting directly to a Growth Team Lead, you'll own paid social and display acquisition across Meta, TikTok  and additional channels - with a clear mandate to expand these channels across multiple AutoDS group brands and scale them profitably. This is a builder's role. You'll be the person who takes a channel from zero to ROAS-positive - then scales it aggressively across brands. You'll be in the accounts every day, but you'll also be thinking about how to systematize what works and replicate it across the portfolio. If you've scaled paid acquisition across multiple brands or product lines while keeping ROAS healthy and growing, this is exactly what you'll be doing here. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta (FacebookInstagram), TikTok, and other paid socialdisplay channels - with a mandate to expand to new platforms and prove them at scale • Lead the expansion of acquisition channels across multiple AutoDS group brands, adapting strategy, creatives, and audience targeting to each brand's unique positioning and audience • Launch new channels from scratch - establishing performance baselines, achieving ROAS-positive results, and building the playbook to scale spend profitably • Scale budget on channels and campaigns that demonstrate positive ROAS, while maintaining CAC efficiency across the full multi-brand portfolio • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize B2C SaaS campaigns focused on user acquisition, trial starts, and subscription conversions • Collaborate closely with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives — static, video, and UGC - tailored to each platform and brand - Work closely with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad concepts. Lead creative testing strategy across formats including UGC, short-form video, hooks, and messaging frameworks. • Manage and allocate budgets across brands and channels to maximize ROAS and hit growth targets • Run structured AB and multivariate tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel stages • Analyze performance data, surface insights, and document learnings to accelerate expansion across brands • Partner with product, and analytics teams to improve full-funnel conversion p...
