AutoDS is looking for a Director of Partnerships & Affiliations to lead, scale, and own one of the company’s most important growth and revenue channels, with a strong focus on Influencer-led growth. This role sits above the Partnerships team and is responsible for strategy, execution, growth, and results across influencers, affiliates, and strategic partnerships. You will manage the Partnerships team, define the strategy, and work closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, and Leadership to turn Influencers, Affiliations, and Partnerships into a core, scalable growth engine for the company. Responsibilities • Own the overall strategy for Partnerships & Affiliations as a growth and revenue channel, with Influencers as a core driver • Develop partner retention strategies and open new strategic partnerships to increase revenue and expand business collaborations • Lead, manage, and scale the team, including senior managers • Build and launch a scalable influencer and affiliation program (structure, incentives, tracking, operations, and performance models) • Define KPIs, success metrics, reporting, and ROI for influencer, affiliate, and partnership • Identify, open, and develop new partnership channels, with a strong emphasis on top-tier influencers, creators, agencies, and communities • Ensure strong execution across influencer and affiliate activities, including content quality, compliance, brand alignment, and performance • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, Finance, and Management to align influencer activity with business goals • Turn influencer-led partnerships into a predictable, measurable, and profitable business unit • Own budget planning, forecasting, and performance optimization for the channel • Drive long-term relationships with high-impact influencers, agencies, and enterprise-level partners Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Affiliations, or Growth roles • Proven experience building and scaling influencer-led programs and affiliate models from scratch • Strong leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholders • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities • Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator economics, and performance-driven partnerships • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills •...
